Dr. Louis Peter Re Jr., MD
Louis Peter Re Jr., MD is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He is fellowship trained and specializes in Shoulder, Knee and Sports Medicine Recnstructions.
Dr. Re graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia College, then went on to the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University. He completed his surgical internship at Yale University, where he continued on to complete his Residency in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
He is well known for his work on several research projects involving shoulder and knee reconstructions, and is an alumnus of the Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute.
He is currently a Clinical Instructor of Shoulder Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Surgery at Roosevelt Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, teaching the Orthopedic Surgery Residents and Medical Students the most modern techniques in tendon, ligament & cartilage reconstructions.
Dr. Re is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Paul Re, MD
Paul Re, MD, is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He is fellowship trained and specializes in Shoulder, Knee, Elbow, Ankle and Sport Medicine Arthroscopic Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Re graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University. He completed a Molecular Biology Research Fellowship at New York Orthopedic Hospital, Columbia University. He graduated from the Combined Orthopedic Residency Program of Harvard University axnd was Chief Resident at the Massachussets General Hospital. He Completed a Spine Fellowship at the Brigham and Woman's Hospital.
Dr. Re completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at New England Medical Center/ Tufts Medical School where he is now Clinical Instructor of Orthopedics.
Dr. Re is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
